The Resistance App™ is a personal productivity and habit-tracking tool designed for individuals. By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Your account is personal — please don't share access with others. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
Your data belongs to you. We store it securely in a private database. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than running the app for you.
You can export your data at any time using the Export button in the app. If you choose to delete your account, your data is deleted with it.
The free tier is genuinely free — no credit card required, no hidden fees. It includes 3 habits in The Lab and 5 items in The Arena. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits in the future, but we will always maintain a free option.
Paid plans are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your payment information. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours.
We will do our best to keep the app running, secure, and improving. We will notify you of significant changes to pricing or features. We will never add ads to the app.
The app is provided as-is. We're a small operation and while we take uptime seriously, we cannot guarantee 100% availability. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to circumstances outside our control.
You can stop using the app at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a violation, we will refund any unused paid time.
If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

We'd always prefer you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We're real people and we'll make it right if something went wrong.
